After escaping the Nazis & working in New York for 10 years, Viennese child psychoanalyst, Edith Buxbaum, moved to Seattle in 1947 to help build the Seattle Psychoanalytic Institute. Her pedagogical influence extended to social work & education communities, such as the Ryther Child Center, the Little School & the University of Washington. Posts & Comments here reflect my research as I write Dr.Buxbaum's biography. Your comments are welcome. https://www.historylink.org/Content
